Orders and Cancellations

All of our orders are custom-made, therefore all sales are final. We are unable to accept a return or exchange. If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at magray@marcschmidtphotography.com . All cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. If your order hasn’t been printed yet, we’re happy to make these changes for you!

Once your package has shipped you will receive a notification with a tracking number. We aim to have pieces arrive at your door within 14 business days of purchase.
